The State of PA requires only $5,000 freight insurance. All of our carriers are fully insured with more than the required cargo and liability insurance. Our carriers in straight trucks are required to have a minimum of $25,000 freight insurance. Tractor trailer carriers have a minimum of $100,000 Cargo Insurance. And, for any shipment with a declared wholesale value above these limits, Saint Regis automatically arranges for the carrier to acquire an insurance rider for your protection.
